The living area is distributed between 3 bedrooms, a common living room with a fireplace and a typical old-fashion wooden niche, a kitchen area and a bathroom. 10 people can easily fit to sleep here. In the yard next to the house there is an old draw-well and an authentic brick oven. There are many vegetables, fruit trees, vine trellis, flowers. In the garden you will find an outer fountain with a convenient broad board.
The new house is set in the southern part of the property and it consists of a modern compact house, a shelter, an outside relax zone, a wooden shed and a big garden. The house is comprised of a large all-in-one living room (a dining corner, a kitchen area, a fireplace), a balcony (with a beautiful south view to a hill and the small runlet close to the house), a bathroom and a small bedroom. The construction allows the additional building of more stories if you wish to expand it. There is a staircase on the outside which leads to the large terrace, suitable for a pool site or a BBQ spot.
The shelter is spacious enough to fit two cars under its roof or a group of dining people in not-so-good weather conditions. The mansion is surrounded by a tall and massive stone wall which was firstly built decades ago. The massive wooden portal that leads to the new building area gives the final touch to the outside beauty of the wall. Although it was constructed and placed there only a few years back, the portal design is a replica of the original one.
These houses with a garden are located in the center of a small village with shops, cafes, health service and regular transport, 50 km from the airport of Plovdiv and 140 km from a ski resort.
